Why it works

One campaign, many personal reasons to give

The core fundraising mechanic is peer-to-peer: one team story plus many athlete pages that inherit the campaign and personalize the ask.

Capability

Campaign defaults

Set the organization default platform fee once, then let each campaign keep it or override it within the 0% to 15% range.

Capability

Athlete activation

Invite athletes into their page, let them personalize the message, and track who has claimed their profile.

Capability

Transparent checkout

Show donors the base gift, optional card fee coverage, and estimated net to program before redirecting to secure Checkout.

For real operators

Different value for coaches and directors

Same platform, different wins depending on who is running the season.

Coaches

Keep the team focused on sharing, not spreadsheets.

  • Launch one team page and many athlete pages without rebuilding the story each time.
  • Track which athletes have claimed their page and who still needs a reminder.
  • Use a simple progress view that keeps attention on donors, goals, and share activity.

Directors

Control approvals, payments, permissions, and reporting.

  • Support multiple programs under one organization with configurable defaults.
  • Control who can access admin tools, finance workflows, and reports.
  • Keep compliance messaging aligned with verified nonprofit or fiscal sponsor status.

Planning

Model a first campaign before you build it

The first question most programs ask is simple: is this worth launching?

Estimator

How much could one season raise?

Use this as a planning tool, not a guarantee. The goal is to help you picture campaign potential with peer-to-peer sharing.

FAQ

The answers that should be easy to find

View full FAQ

How does the flexible percentage work?

Each campaign can choose a platform fee from 0% to 15%. When the fee is 0%, the public page can highlight that 100% of the gift goes to the program before card processing costs.

Can donors help cover card fees?

Yes. The donation form can offer a simple checkbox so donors can add enough to offset estimated card processing fees.

Do athletes need accounts?

Yes, but only by invitation. Admins import the roster, send invite links, and athletes claim their own page to add their story and share it.

Can multiple organizations use the same platform?

Yes. The data model, admin routes, and row-level security are designed for multi-organization use with manual approval in version 1.

Ready to pilot

Start with one team and make the math feel fair.

Launching with one local youth program keeps the first version honest. You get the multi-org foundation now, without pretending this has to be a giant self-serve platform on day one.
